2. AI Chat & Phone Assistant (Eeva)

Folla uses an AI-powered assistant (“Eeva”) to answer phone calls outside business hours and to power a chat widget on this website. When you interact with Eeva, whether by phone or website chat, you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human.

For this purpose we use the following data: a first and last name, an email address, a telephone number, company name (where provided), and the content of your conversation with the assistant.

The basis on which we may process these data is: upon the provision of consent.

This data is processed with the assistance of ElevenLabs (which powers the underlying AI assistant technology) and their third-party AI model providers. Conversations may be recorded and shared with these parties to provide and improve the service. For matched existing clients, a summary of the conversation may also be logged in our internal CRM system.

Retention period: We retain this data for as long as it remains relevant to our relationship with you. Since a prospective client may become a customer at any point, records may be retained for an extended period even if no purchase has yet been made. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

3. Online games (games.folla.fi)

Folla offers free browser games at games.folla.fi. You can play them without an account.

Hosting: the games are hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and a small code library for QR codes, Cloudflare processes your IP address. We do not store it.

Play statistics: we count games anonymously: which game, game mode, language, the winner (person or computer), and the country, which Cloudflare derives from the IP address. These counts contain no IP address, cookie or player ID, so they cannot be linked to a person. They are kept for 3 months.

Online games: the name you enter for an online game is shown to the other players in the room. It is stored only on the game server and deleted at the latest 6 hours after the room was last used.

Stored in your browser: the game remembers your language, the name you last entered and, for online games, a code to rejoin your seat. This is stored only in your browser, apart from what is described under Online games above. No cookies are used.
